At Elite PC, we offer fast and reliable shipping to our customers with delivery times ranging from 1-3 days for Western Australia orders, 2-8 days for the rest of Australia, and 4-8 business days for Tasmania.

Our online shop is equipped with the latest SSL encryption technology to ensure that your data is protected during the checkout process. Additionally, we adhere to strict privacy policies and will never share or sell your personal information to third parties. You can shop with confidence knowing that your data is safe with us.

After placing an order with Elite PC, our team gets to work assembling your custom gaming computer. We handpick and expertly install each component, thoroughly test your system to ensure it meets our strict quality standards, and then carefully package it for safe and secure delivery to your doorstep. You will receive updates on the progress of your order throughout the build process, and once your gaming PC is complete, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its shipment.

Yes, once you place an order with Elite PC, you will receive an invoice via email that includes all the details of your order, including the item(s) purchased, the total cost, and any applicable taxes or fees.

At Elite PC, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our gaming computers with a 1-year warranty, and many of our parts come with even longer manufacturer warranties, providing you with peace of mind and assurance that your investment is protected.

If your PC has an issue, Elite PC will repair or replace any faulty components covered under the 1-year Elite PC warranty. However, please note that Elite PC is not responsible for any physical damage or software corruption.

If you’ve received your PC and it’s giving you trouble, don’t worry! Here are a few steps you can try:

  1. Make sure the power switch at the back of the PC is turned on.
  2. Connect your video cable (HDMI or Display Port) to the graphics card – you’ll usually find this port horizontally oriented.

If your PC is still giving you grief, just give us a call here at Elite PC, and we’ll do our best to get everything sorted out remotely. If we can’t fix the issue that way, we’ll arrange for your PC to be shipped back to us (at no cost to you) for repair.
